Josephine ? m. John DeROUSSE.

OK.

Three children: Grace S. DeROUSSE, Walter Hebbard DeROUSSE, and
Clara S. DeROUSSE. It is a good chance that Josephine's last name
is either the S from Grace and Clara's name, or the HEBBARD from
Walter's name. Clearly Walter's middle name is a surname.

Anyone see a Josephine HEBBARD in Philadelphia (or at least PA)
of about 15 years of age in 1870?
