Thanks for posting the website for the City Directories for Philadelphia.
Using the city directories, I was able to Richard C. Dougherty, a clerk,
living at 1818 N. 19rh Street. Which leads to my next question, in which
ED would I find this address in the 1910 census?
Also, I want to thank everyone who helped me locate Andrew Dougherty in the
1930 census. Although, it just added a new mystery. He was living on
Walnut street and he is a pawn broker. The mystery is that his wife is
listed as Mary, yet I know it was Elizabeth, But that is a mystery for
another day.
For now, help with the ED for the 1910 census would be great.
