Earlier this month, New Castle told me there was no death certificate for my
great-great granddad, who died in May 1920.

I sent them a copy of the Certificate of No Record and a copy of the
cemetery's record showing his name (highlighted in yellow) and mailed it
right back to them.

Lo and behold, I got a call yesterday telling me they "found" the death cert
and, if I mailed the original Certificate of No Record back, they would mail
me out the death cert.

Persistence pays.
