Hi BettyAnn,

The following is from the 1870 PCD street guide and states that
Richmond St is in the 16th Ward.

1870 PCD
Richmond (Linden), E frm N Front to Frankford av, bet Edgemont
and Bath, thence NE to Bridesburg
16th Ward

I'm working on getting a street address for St Michaels and will
forward similar info.
