Subject: [PHLY-RTS] Names Similar to FERREL
Date: Mon, 10 Nov 2003 15:02:59 -0500

My wife's FERRELs of Virginia seem to originate perhaps back in
Pennsylvania, and so I immediately think of various locations in
Pennsylvania, as likely places. Philadelphia is included. So I
thought I would check the early city directories for similar names.
Hers was David FERREL or Jackson FERREL, but especially likely
David Jackson FERREL. So here are the results of my search...
Negative, but perhaps useful to one of you (or one who will read the
archives in the future).- Vince.
