Need help on this one.

Searching (desperately!) for Lillian Howell's family. She married William
Bowman about 1902 and had children:

Howell Bowman b. about 1904
Lillian b. about 1906

Lillian Howell had a sister named Mary E. Howell(s) who was born in 1888.
She and my great grandfather took out a marriage license in 1910 in
Philadelphia. Believe they had a child together but for some reason the marriage did not
go through. I received from a cousin this week an old postcard that I believe
Mary wrote my great grandfather, Michael and it was coded to meet in care of
Hanover Pharmacy (he was a pharmacist) but the note itself is alluring,
especially with the photograph of a papoose on the front of the card saying "this is
your baby".

Mary and Lillian are living together in 1910 in Philly. Mary is a
dressmaker. Need the names of her parents. Howell Bowman, Lillian's son, died a few
years ago. Anyone have ANY pointers on how to find these people? Marriage
license stated Mary was born in Schulkil County. I can't find anything on either
her or Lillian.
