Robert Mc Farland -45th ward - 1800 E. Allegheny Ave. census for late 1800 and early 1900 - I am trying to see if he was listed as a farmer in those years - as I was born in that block and the ground was purchased from him . My mother told us that it was known as Mc or Mac Farlands pastures- Hard to believ in this age. I am speaking of Kensington and Allegheny Ave.
