They have trashed the records as of some date (I'll try to find out what it
is) but in theory have pulled the face sheets first. The latter is a kind
of summary and may be rich or not. I'm going after the two from 1912 that I
originally had hoped to get the entire files for and can tell you more
later. Was told it was a "storage problem" , and that no organization in
Philly would take them. Have my doubts how hard they looked, since Temple
Urban Archives seemed interested when I talked to them.

Still working on whether a better index than what they have now can be
pulled off the old disks that appeared to be damaged but may have been
created on a Mac. Their IT department has had turnover since I was there so
who knows when I'll get an answer. Of course they won't give me the disks to
experiment with.
