During the late 1880s, a young lady in Phoenixville, PA was clipping marriage
notices of interest to her from a Chester County newspaper and pasting them
on a sheet of paper. I have transcribed the names of the happy couples here.
The weddings took place mostly in 1888. Some notices also include the names of
clergy and sometimes of parents. Should anyone be interested in the complete
text, I would send a 1.1-MB attachment via email to requesters' personal email
