In my g.g. grandfather's Mar. 23, 1886 obituary, in the Ledger, it mentions,
employees of W.D.Rogers' Son & Co. Carriage Works, being invited to the
funeral. Wm. Cassan, my g.g. grandfather, lived at 46 Duval St. Germantown and was
buried Ivy Hill Cemetary. Does anyone know where I may be able to find any
information on that Carriage Works Company? I know he was listed in the 1880
census as a Carriage Maker. I was wondering if there might be any information on
the employyes of that Carriage Works company or old photographs? Thanks very
much for any help or advice.
