Does anyone have info on this PICARD family?
1) PIERRE AUGUSTE PICARD was born Abt. 1820 in France, and died August 06, 1880 in Age 60 yrs. Youngsville, LA..Ch. v. 1, p.3.. He married (1) FRANCOISE ELENORE PHILIPPINE JENNE Bef. 1850 in France. He married (2) CAROLINE BOUDREAUX April 04, 1865 in Youngsville, LA..Ch. v.1, p.16..Laf. Ct. Hse. # 237, daughter of AUGUSTIN BOUDREAUX and SCHOLASTIQUE HEBERT. She was born March 1830 in Bt. 5 May 1830 age 2 mths ..Laf. La. Ch. v.3, p.144, #318.


2) ARISTIDE PICARD (PIERRE AUGUSTE ) was born Abt. 1849 in France, and died July 16, 1903 in Maurice, LA..Ch. v.1, p.27 ..age 50. He married AZEMA BROUSSARD November 25, 1872 in Abbeville, LA..Ch. v.2, p.353, daughter of VALERIEN BROUSSARD and MARIE DUHON. She was born February 22, 1861 in Abbeville, LA...Ch. v.2, p.36. ...Aristide is the s/o #1) Pierre Auguste

Are these PICARD's from Acadia??
