The Illegible Picard in Warwick has a wife named Lulia or similar and the first child, Henri, was born in RI and it looks like the age is 18. They have been married 18 (?) years. All of the 9/15 children still alive are with them and all are born in RI. The other children are Emma, Anna, Louis, David, Cyril, Georgianna, Leodora (son), and Albert Noel. If this is your David, they were probably married in RI.

Is this family related to your David Picard? This couple married abt 1889 and the last child is theirs together.
