I am the grandson of Joseph Albert Picard, from Novascocia, Canada. Who moved to Camdenton, or Linn Creek Missouri and worked on Bagnal Dam. He had two children Joseph Charles Picard born August 12, 1930(my dad)and JoAnn Picard (Norman) as Mrs. Picard died in childbirth w/child. Albert Picard was killed by a drunk driver in Camdenton, Mo. at the court house around 1938. Joseph Charles went to live with his grandfather Picard and JoAnn was adopted by the Norman family. J.C. Picard lives in Florida and JoAnn lives in Ill.
