Down to gen #12, at least, this pedigree is not new.
Generation 12 and prior was published by the late Dr. David Faris in his "Plantagenet ancestry of seventeenth-century colonists," 2nd ed. (1999), p. 25. See sources therein for more details.
I share this lineage to gen #6.
Faris does not name them, but he refers to 7 daughters of Francis Bernard, 2 of whom died in childhood. For generation #13, you might want to take a look at the Northamptonshire Visitations, available for download from the Internet Archive. There could be more details, I haven't checked this source myself. Why spoil all the fun for you? --

I hope this helps somewhat. Have you checked the archives of SGM to see if there's been any chatter about this line?

> Here is a new line of royal descent for the James River Harrisons, of "Berkeley," "Brandon," "Clifton," etc. This line includes the two U.S. presidents, William Henry Harrison and his grandson, Benjamin Harrison (of the "Berkeley" line) and Benjamin Harrison V, one of the signers of the Declaration of Independence and Governor of Virginia.
>
> In addition to this new one, there are several established royal descents for the "Berkeley" Harrisons, one through Sarah Ludlow, wife of Col. John Carter of "Corotoman," mother of Robert "King Carter. The other well established royal descent for the "Berkeley" Harrisons is through the line of Abigail Smith, wife of Col. Lewis Burwell, Jr. Their daughter, Elizabeth Burwell, married Benjamin Harrison III.
