I have found these initals BWF in the naturlization column while doing
census research. Can anyone tell me what they stand for? Even though both
records that I found the initals used on were taken in Schuylkill county,
they were from different boros. One was from the 1920 Tamaqua census and
the other from the 1920 Girardville census. The only difference is the
Tamaqua census had BWF citizen listed not just BWF. It apparently was a
standard for something since it was from two different areas or do you think
the census was taken by the same person and that is why the same intials
were used in both boros. Thanks in advance for the help.
