You can try this search engine. You can type in an address and it will tell
you who lives there - or what is located at that address:

It has 3 links to 3 different "reverse" search sites. If this doesn't help
with the location of the church, it might be handy for some other research
you do. (the third link 411 is the one I use the most, and I usually choose
Both, instead of person or business.
