I am taking Guido's recommendations.. and they must be followed
strictly.

And I am placing length of day limit. It will begin Sunday Sept
2nd and MUST end Tuesday Sept 4th MIDNIGHT your time zone.

No And's, If's or But's

Guido and Debbie will collect those roll calls that MEET the
requirements for Rafal database for future research use.

Here are the requirements:
- no more than 8 surnames per person;
- no more than 4 surnames per message;
- all surnames in the "Subject:" line
- the body of the message with no more than 4 lines like the following:

Janicki -- Dobzen > USA, NJ --

Failure to stop after midnight Sept 5th, I will be compelled to
place the list on the moderator watch. Please don't break the
rules.
