Pete,
There are no Polish restaurants in Baltimore :( The
closest to "authentic" Polish cooking is a stand in
the Broadway Market in Fells Point, guess the
street...
you guess right, Broadway. There is also a Krakus
Deli on 1737 Fleet Street, also in Fells Point. I've
never been to the deli. When I moved down here from
Pittsburgh, someone at my church (Holy Rosary) told me
it is illegal to sell blood in Maryland. The locals
had to go to the farms around York, Pennsylvania to
get the "ingredient". I also saw a recipe for faux
(impressed Christian?) czarnina made with prune juice.
To me, there is no substitute.

PS If anyone else suggests a restuarant in the area,
MD or VA, let me know...
