Barbara,
The ship manifest (Passenger Arrival Record) is an immigration record.
You might want to go through the whole manifest that Anna was listed on
and see if you can locate the other family members.
Didn't Katherine's husband list any of her information on his
Declaration of Intent? Did Katherine's husband die before say, 1950? If
so you might want to see if Katherine naturalized by herself under her
married name at some point after his death.
I'm not trying to cause familial problems but unless you've got
documentation that the family was born in Krakow and moved to Warsaw, I
wouldn't be surprised if this was a mistake or that originally the
family meant they moved closer to... or nearby...
On Anna's manifest did it say she was born in Lipna or that was her last
place of residence? There is a distinction.
There are two Lipna in Poland. One is in old woj. Skierniewice. This is
southwest of the city of Warsaw so it's possible that Warsaw was
mentioned as the "nearby" big city.
The other Lipna is in old woj. Zielona Go~ra near the German border.
This Lipna has its own parish. If you think Anna was born in Lipna then
you might check to see if LDS has this parish on film and if not, then
write to the parish and ask for her baptismal record.
For those who did not become citizens and were still alive in the
mid-1940's, you should be able to locate their Alien Registration in the
county archives where they settled. Aliens had to file annually.
You might also locate Katherine's and Anna's children's birth and
baptismal records. Sometimes the parent's birth village name will be
listed on these records. Do not ignore baptismal records.
You might also check to see if Wisconsin conducted a state census in
1915 and check that for Katherine and Anna.
As for the other siblings, you might look for Milwaukee city directories
for 1906 to ? These weren't exactly telephone books because not many had
those but they were alphabetized.
Have you checked with the Polish Genealogical Society of Wisconsin for
help and ideas?

Katherine immigrated in 1901 per the 1910 Milwaukee census through an unknown port. Anna immigrated in 1905 coming through Ellis Island. I have a copy of the manifest. She stated she was from Lipna. There are no immigration records. I have already looked. Katherine's husband (my grandfather) never completed the process he started in 1910. The declaration of intention paper doesn't list.
