Ed,
This is incorrect. If you bring up the LDS Family History Library
Catalog online
http://www.familysearch.org/eng/Library/FHLC/frameset_fhlc.asp

you'll see at the bottom of the screen a date: August 2001.
Information on the CD includes catlaog entries as of April 2002 as
stated on the CD case.

Keep in mind that those who work at the FHC are volunteers and may not
be kept up-to-date on the happenings at the head office.
