I agree with Patrick on this one.
I had a similar situation just last summer. I had found a L~emko site
which mentioned a tiny L~emko village "next door" to one of my villages.
I emailed the web master and asked if he'd like some photos of that
village and its cemetery (which had been vacant of L~emkos for some 50
years). He said yes. I went to the village, found the L~emko cemetery as
well as the current cemetery, talked to residents, found a single
headstone and took photos. When I got home the web master was gone. No
response to my emails about the photos. His site if untended will
eventually be full of broken links like the Galicia site. Something has
happened to the web master of the Galicia site and for some reason he's
not tending to his web site. With a lot of "hosts" if you don't do
something to the web site within a certain amount of time the host will
eventually make the site disappear.

Perhaps someone with ties to other Galicia lists and sites, knows this
person.
