Debbie B: First: That is not an "8", it is a flowery capital "D" for
Dmytro. 2nd: It is Wasyl and Kulka. The purser wrote all the letters "u"
in German style. The address is 1058 German Avenue, Philadelphia. It is
more likely Germantown Avenue, but you need to check if there is a
Germantown and a German Avenue in Philadelphia.
