Why don't you try www.familysearch.org there might be an email address and you can ask your question. I remember what you are talking about but since then there have been a lot of changes at the Family History Centers.

Thanks, that sounds entirely possible. I checked with a volunteer at my
FHC yesterday but she didn't know what I was talking about; I've been
researching longer than she's been volunteering though. Of course, the
woman who would have known left before I could ask her. She won't be
back for about two weeks so reading your post was a nice surprise.
