While looking at the indices for the parish of Jasienica Mazowiecka, I
came across a few notations whose meaning I just can't figure out, and
I don't want to guess incorrectly. Can anyone help?

In the index of deaths, it lists the name of the deceased followed by
his/her age. For instance:

Kolosek Stanisl~aw miesia~cy 2 (2 months)

However, a few I've come across have an additional word before the
age:

Kaczarowski Piotr zyl~ miesia~cy 6

And another didn't list the age - only the words "lat pal~tora" (the
second letter could be an O). Lat, of course, means year, but I can't
find this second word in either my dictionary or the online word
lists.
