His marriage certificate doesn't help I'm afraid and the family are not
clear about birthplace.

Incidentally how do you the numbers of people with that name and can I

Doesn't his marriage certificate tell you where he was born other than
Poland? Did he become a citizen, did he own property in UK, what about
backtracking his children for information. This is a great list, lots of
