Hello Pam,
If you want to send me scan of your photo on my e mail number I will
have a look.
Plumstead is in the Met Police area.
Is there a post mark /date?
I think you will have to obtain Elizabeth Ann's birth certificate.
That should give her father's occupation and an address. Sometimes
there are no shortcuts.

boys, and although I have some information on her I am unable to track
down any of her brothers.

written to his sister and it looks as though he is dressed in a police
uniform, at first I thought it to be military but I don't think so, it
has a certain look to it.

way) silver buttons up the front with a round collar and 2 silver
do-dads either side of the adam's apple, an epaulett either side on
the shoulder with a silver button near the neck. On the left sleeve
there are 2 arrow stripes with 2 flags crossing just above them, a
pocket either side with a silver button

I can describe it.

Funnell and I m unable to find anything on her.

before her.
