HI there

I have a Gr Gr Grandfather who is listed in the 1901 Census as a Police
Pensioner.

Do Pension records survive for the Met Police. I guess he retired after
being in the force
for 25 years, so would be approx 1897. Warrant # may have been 56511.

Another question would he have been recalled for the Coronation of Edward
VII in 1902???
