If this is the one, I looked at all the other N's and W's on surrounding pages and I think it is a W. I don't know who this is, but I'd bet that someone here knows or could make an educated guess. If you'll confirm this is the right fellow, I will make a file search too. As I've said, not everything has made it from paper to my database.
