Hi Tony
I have some Stephan relatives born in Langenbielau, Silesia that may be of
interest.

Frederick (Wilhelm) Stephan was born in Langenbielau 16 Feb 1827 and married
Anna (Caroline) SCHOBEL. They immigrated to Australia on the "Charles
Dickens" around 1877 after sending out their eldest son in 1874. Frederick
has 9 children one of which was my gg grand father Carl Stephan. Carl
married Joanna Labudde (Labudda) and they had 22 children - the 12th born
was my grandmother Kate.
I do not know anything else about Frederick and would welcome other
information on Stephan from Silesia.
