Here is a little more precise info on the two towns you were inquiring about:

Ruden can be found on map #40 in the SE quadrant of that map. Ruden is located 8 km North of Lobsens.

Heidchen can be found on map #41 in the SW quadrant of that map. Heidchen is located 7 km East of Lobsens.

Lobsens can be found on map #40 in the SE quadrant of that map.
