Hi there,

I am trying to find more info on one of my ancestors. His
name was:

Johann Tiesler,
married to Anna Charlotte Chiewitzka (spelling varies)
He was working for the Prussian Army in Posen around the
1820s in the Military hospital.

I have this information form the death certificate of one of
his sons, Friedrich Wilhelm Tiesler, who died in 1897 in
Lagow. According to another source he was born on the
21.4.1824 in Posen. However, I could not find any entry in
the birth catalog of 1824 of the Heilig Kreuz Kirche in
Posen (and even if, there are only the names of the parents,
no info on their date and place of birth).

Is there any Tiesler out on the web reading this mail, or
does anyone have an idea where I could find out more about
Johann Tiesler?
