Greetings!

Does anyone know where I can find information about the
childhood of Paul von Hindenburg?

My great-grandfather, Kazmierz Ludwikowski, according
to my father, lived on the "same street as Hindenburg."

This may not be true, but it is the only clue I have as to
the birthplace of this man. I have assumed it to was in
Posen. From some readings, I have learned that the
Hindenburg family was in Posen for a time.

The only books I can find at the University of Minnesota
Library are written in Fraktur which I find very difficult to
read.
