A friend has asked me to find out if anyone can advise where the following
event took place.
Marriage. 10 Sept 1870 at Alt Christburg. appears Minister's name is
Falkenberg. Groom: Carl August DOBRICK (also spelt DOBBRICK) to
Bride: Caroline SCHIBROWSKI

On Carl's death certificate of 1937 it states that he was born in Bornitz
Germany and married at the age of 24 years. His parents were unknown. It
also states that he was born in Bornitz.

Is Bornitz in Posen?
