place?
This coordinates give the area where counties Zempelburg, Wirsitz, and
Bromberg, and Tuchel meet.

So you'd better search in Westprussia. On www.westpreussen.de I find:
"Standesamtsregister aus dem Landkreis Tuchel"
There is listed:
"Kensau (Eichfelde) <Kęsowo> Kreis Tuchel"

So the old name seems to be Kensau, today's name Kęsowo.
