Hi Tom,
You wrote that the marriage certif. only shows that he was born in
Lithuania - Russia. Have you checked the (church) marriage record?
Is it possible that your g.g.father Vincent Moczkiewicz died in Cook
County, Illinois, then buried in La Salle County? I found in the 1920 census
what appears to be the widow of Vincent and her children living in Cicero.
