Hi David Manthei,
In response to you message requesting contact with "Putz" descendants:
I am not sure where "Exin" is, but my predecessors came from Beyersdorf,
Radom and Polajewo, all located in the Kreis Obornik, Posen area. One of the
current LDS films I am reviewing, #0807972, includes Gramsdorf as well as some of
the other germane villages such as Beyersdorf. I am trying to locate records
pertaining to my gggrandfather, Christoph Putz, b. 10/15/1812 in "Polish
Briesen". He married Anne Louise Paulinski, b. abt. 1810 who died in Beyersdorf,
7/9/1867. Her mother's maiden name was "Stenzel" and her father's name was Johann
Paulinski.
If any of this sounds familiar, please let me know and I will fill you in on
more details.
