If they came via Bremen to New York, you might have trouble. Bremen records
are destroyed, New York for peak years aren't indexed. Might try New York
newspaper passenger arrivals notifications. I don't have the link handy,
could search the list archives.
I plan to finally visit the Salt Lake library later this year, and intend to
focus on the films that I don't have time to order in. These include all
those Bromberg emigration films, for which the catalog descriptions aren't
very useful. I'll report my findings when I get back.
