It would help if you would locate "Jaslo" and "Osobnica". I've never heard
of them, so I'd have to go through extra steps to try to verify your
information.

As for cemetery records, it greatly depends on whether you are looking for
Catholic, Protestant or Jewish ancestors. Catholic cemeteries are generally
well-preserved, others not.

Civil records have mostly survived, but didn't start until late 1874.
