If you haven't read the Poznan duchy entry translation from Sl~ownik
Geograficzny at the PGSA, you should.
It provides a much-needed late 1800's Polish viewpoint of the history and
current situation. It also provides some details and dates that are hard to
find in other sources.

I note with suprise that at the time of writing (and presumably still), no
list of seized Catholic estates has been compiled, though I would think the
archives of both parties would contain ample documentation.
