I¹ve added some new info about resources at the Digital_Library_of_Wielkopolska
to our wiki article:
http://www.birchy.com/GenWiki/?title=Digital_Library_of_Wielkopolska

All of the new material is by the same author, Stanislaw Kozierowski of
"Skorzewa", who in the first 30 years of the 1900s published at least a
dozen books about place names and the history of Polish nobles in the Great
Poland area. They written in polish (and some latin) and deal more with the
middle ages. They will be a good reference for early names, but won't be a
lot of help to the average researcher dealing with records of the 1700s and
1800s.

His place name works start with "Badania", "Nazwy", "Szematyzm" (one of the
more interesting, histories of the Catholic parishes of the Gnesen
archdiocese), and "Ziemia".

"Wielkopolskie nazwy polne" Appears to give topographical names (rivers,
lakes, fields meadows, of select villages.

His family histories start with "Ro~d" and include:
Bylin, Doliw, Drogoslawicz, Korabit, Ro~z~yc, Przosn, Szaszor, Wczelicz

Other books of which I'm not sure about content start with:
"Fundacye"
"Leszczyce"
"Nieznane"
"Obce"
"Pierwotne"

If anyone can improve the descriptions of the contents, please send them to me.
