No such measurement existed as a unit of measurement for areas.

I am pretty much certain that the measure related to the annual dues
the German settlers had to pay to their Polish overlord. After all, the
KORZEC was a measure of volume which was used exclusively for GRAIN.

1 Korzec = 4 Cwierci at 8 Garcy each, which are at 4 Kwart each, which
are at 4 Kwaterky each. The KWART is identical to the LITRE. The Korzec
is thus an impressive measure, that equals

6452.7892 Parisian cubic inches
.. 1.5340 Amsterdam Bags
.. 1.6205 Antwerp Quarts
.. 0.5757 Bavarian Bushels
.. 1.7281 Bremen Bushels
.. 0.9209 Danish Grain-Barrel
.. 0.4402 Imperial (UK) Quarters
.. 1.2800 Hectolitres (= 34.1 U.S. Gallons)

Check this source, which is available free on the web:

plätze in ihren gegenseitigen Verhältnissen...", Stuttgardt

Polish measures are on pages 158. The Aldefeld can be downloaded from the
