Hello the list,

My gg gran was: eliza jane pounds. She was born in 1814 and married a man
named: meshack collins.

Meshack Collins had a brother named : william collins who married a woman
named: margaret L. Pounds, a daughter of Isom Pounds. Margaret also born
about 1814.

My question is this: Does anyone out there with all the POUNDS data
available--know the relationship of eliza jane pounds collins to margaret l.
pounds collins?

Eliza Jane and Meshack were from SC and went through alabama into MISSISSIPPI
and had most of their children and then into LOUISIANA , St. Tammanys
Parrish, and later into TEXAS before 1850. My g gran was born there in Tex.
in 1854.

IF anyone has a marriage cd for the state of mississippi-as william collins
married margaret pounds in HINDS CO. MISS..... would you please see if you
could find a marriage for us of eliza jane pounds and meshack collins?
probably around 1832(they would have been age 18) then.
