Early Land records has a Leven Powell 1782-1792 Virginia grants listed in
Jefferson, Fayette and Lincoln counties.

Old Ky Grants 1793-1856 have a Leven Powell listed in Woodford, Bourbon,
Montgomery, Green counties.
