Hello all,

I'd intended to send a Welcome! message about a day after the list started,
as my first message. Events have rather overtaken that idea!

Thanks for the nice remarks about the list. It's encouraging to see so much
interest - I hope it keeps going.

With a bit of luck, people new to Welsh genealogy will have found a few
pointers to some helpful information to make their life easier.

If you posted a family enquiry, and didn't get any response, please give it
a couple of weeks and post again, when with luck there will be a few more
subscribers - it's still early days (58 and counting!).

One day soon I'll get around to posting my own interests!
