Pat Conners,
I recently received a birth certificate (copy) from a distant relative for
Cecilia Phillips born Aberdare, counties of Glamorgan and Brecon, 21 June 1859
Her father is not listed on the birth certificate. But I looked on the IGI at
the FHC and found a record for Ellis Phillips. It listed his wife as Margaret
and a child as Cecelia Phillips Smith. According to the history that I
received Ellis Phillips left Wales shortly after Cecelia's birth. After his
death, his wife Margaret came to Logan, Utah to meet Cecelia Smith.
