Hello Listers...

Can anyone tell me where I can find a marriage license for Hugh Hughes and
Elizabeth Williams who I believe was married at or near Capel Carig,
Caernarvon.
I think he was born there about 1847. He migrated to upperstate New York in
late 1890s.
I could sure use some help here.
