Bob,

If you have an LDS (Mormon) family history centre near you, you can order
the 1891 census on microfiche for the areas you need.

The Gwynedd Family History Society might be of help:

There is also an Anglesey Lookup Exchange at:
http://freespace.virgin.net/isabel.easter/Ang.htm

Unfortunately, there's no listing for 1891 census details, but perhaps
something else might assist you.
