Good evening from Sarajevo!!!

Ref

> FARR of MERTHYR TYDFIL

Hi Jill

Just a thought any relation to this fighter, (other valley though)
who's record and brief history appears on one of my Genealogy sites.
If you have not visited either, the addresses are below. The Peerless
site is based around the boxing Welsh Legend Jim Driscoll and his
associates, and family from the 1800s. Tommy Farr was from nearly the
same era, and fought in the booths of that period. The main recyclegen
site listed may have more Farrs listed.

Tommy Farr

Thomas George Farr
Born: Clydach Vale, South Wales, March 12 1914.
Nationality: Welsh.
Died March 1st, 1986.
British Empire Heavyweight Title

1937.
Aug.30.
Joe Louis, New York.
L.15.

Fought for the World Heavyweight Title
Farr lost this epic duel.

This Farr I took quickly off my recyclegen site from the small data I
have of Brecknockshire 1852, but there are plenty more from other
areas. Go have a look.

Malcolm.

Have a nice evening.

Visit my site in memory to a Welsh Legend.
