maes = meadow, field
y or yr (before vowel) = the, of the
perllan / berllan (radical form / soft mutated form) = orchard
helem = ? but helm = (1) rick, stack
(2) helm (ship)
(3) helmet
onnen = ash tree (onen - incorrect spelling)
