I have been with BT for a long time. If you think AOL is bad, try BT. I have
paid annually and as soon as my current subscription has ended, I'm going to
AOL.
Having been told that I am entitled to free calls anytime, all I get when I
try to download the necessary software is that I am not entitled to it. I
asked customer service and they refer me to the Helpline (at 50p. per
minute)and Billing. Neither knew, or cared what was wrong. BT only went on
to the monthly fee of 14.99 and free calls after AOL did this. AOL couldn't
be any worse, could it?
